The application uses sign-in email addresses, company memberships, roles, project responsibilities and security records to provide access to the right workspace.
Project records and documents
Project work can include client and property details, requirements, dates, document records, municipal submission records and inspection outcomes. Access is scoped to the company and the user’s permissions.
Model-assisted processing
The product uses model services for evidence-based assistance, including permit applicability. The final policy will identify the providers, data sent to them, processing countries and applicable retention terms before public use.
Website and session information
These informational pages load no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party media. Signing in to the application uses an essential session cookie. Technical requests may generate security and access records.
Retention and information requests
Retention periods, backup deletion timing and the process for access, correction, export and deletion requests are being finalized. This preview does not promise instant deletion or self-service export.
Operator, providers and contact
The legal operator, monitored privacy contact, service providers and processing locations will be identified here before public subscriptions or real project intake open. Those details are not yet finalized.
